Smart buildings! so much the buzzword in the industry today. But what is a smart building?

Smart buildings are buildings or facilities that whilst preserving architectural aesthetics, employ the very latest technologies to reduce the carbon footprint and operating costs whilst maintaining maximum operational efficiency.

In order to achieve this goal a total integrated approach is required. All systems are operated off a single integrated software management system as the only way to achieve these efficiencies.
